How does Somnora Headband work?
Somnora combines an ultra-soft headband with built-in Bluetooth headphones. Simply pair it with your phone, tablet or any Bluetooth device, play your favourite music, podcast or sleep sounds - and drift off comfortably. You can use it with any app you like. The thin speakers sit inside the fabric so you can listen without any pressure on your ears, even when lying on your side.
Can I wear Somnora Headband all night?
Yes of course! Somnora is designed with comfortable fabric and soft speakers so you can wear it all night, without the pain of traditional earphones.
I'm a side sleeper - is Somnora Headband suitable for me?
Yes. The headphones are only 4mm and covered by soft foam, so you can’t feel them even when sleeping on your side. Unlike cheaper alternatives on the market that feature bulky plastic headphones, Somnora is designed to offer maximum comfort in any sleeping position.
Does Somnora Headband block noise or snoring?
Our headband helps mask unwanted noise but it's not active noise cancelling. It’s perfect for softening snoring, traffic or noisy neighbours - especially when playing white, brown or pink noise.
Is there a flashing light when it plays?
No, Somnora Headband only flashes for a few seconds when switched on. As soon as it's paired with your device the light stops, so there's no annoying flashing light that keeps you or your partner awake at night!
How do I charge Somnora Headband and how long does the battery last?
Somnora Headband charge via USB-C. A full charge takes around 1–2 hours and provides up to 12 hours of playtime, depending on the volume level. Perfect for a full night’s sleep.
Does it have a "Low battery" voice notification?
Unlike cheaper alternatives, Somnora Headband will never wake you up at night with a "low battery" or any other voice prompt. The battery status can be seen in your Bluetooth settings
Does my partner hear Somnora Headband?
No - Somnora Headband is designed to be virtually silent to anyone nearby. The ultra-thin speakers sit inside the soft fabric and play sound directly to your ears, so your partner won’t hear it, even if you’re lying next to each other. At higher volumes, they may faintly hear a whisper if they’re very close, but for normal listening levels, it’s completely private.
